What is the delivery timeline for standard shipping?
Standard Shipping delivers within 2-5 business days. We are not responsible for carrier delays, though it eats us up inside when you write in about it.
How does my order ship?
All gift boxes are neatly packaged in an elegant box with protective crinkle paper, a handwritten note, pricing information and will include To / From tags on the outside of the gift box.
Do you offer Saturday delivery?
We unfortunately cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, as UPS does not widely offer Saturday delivery. If you place an order on Thursday via UPS 2nd Day Air before 12n PST, or on Friday via UPS Next Day Air 12n PST, your order will likely be delivered the following Monday.
My box is a gift – The box includes any price on it?
We don’t include receipts or packing slips in our boxes, as we understand that most orders are gifts. We also don’t remove price tags or alter labels to maintain the integrity and appearance of our packaging. Many of our products don’t have visible price tags, and when they do, the tags are small and discreet.
Can I update the shipping address if my order has already shipped?
Unfortunately, we can’t process address change requests once an order has been shipped. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please review your order confirmation email carefully after placing your order. We’re more than happy to update the shipping address if you contact us before the shipment is dispatched.
How can I track my order?
Please carefully review the tracking information included in your shipping confirmation email. While we’re happy to assist by contacting carriers and tracking packages, our ability to resolve issues is limited. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address provided, we’re unable to offer a replacement or refund. However, if your package is returned to our warehouse, we’ll gladly issue a refund for the value of the gift box.
My order says it was delivery, but my recipient never got it. What can I do?
Please have them thoroughly check their front yard, backyard, lobby, and any other areas where the package might be. It’s also a good idea to ask around to see if anyone might have picked it up for them—packages often end up in unexpected places (believe us, this happens frequently). If the tracking information indicates that the order has been delivered but the recipient still can’t find it, please contact our customer care team. We’ll do our best to assist in locating the package. Unfortunately, if the package is lost or stolen, this is usually beyond our control, and we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements in such cases. We recommend filing a claim with the carrier, and we’ll be happy to do the same on our end.
What happen if my order is delayed?
We apologize for the delay with your package! Our team is dedicated to processing and shipping your orders as swiftly as possible, but unfortunately, some delays are beyond our control. If your order hasn’t arrived within 8 business days, please get in touch with us, and we’ll be glad to assist you in resolving the issue.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Per our policy, any Petit Pressie gift box, custom built Petit Pressie and the items curated in them are final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
No, unfortunately, we do not accept order cancellations.
What is the size of each box?
The size of the box is 7’ x 9.5” x 4”
Can Petit Pressie can cancel an order?
We also reserve the right to cancel any order that circumstances deem necessary
