1. Shipments

- We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically processed and ready for shipment within 1-3business days. Orders placed after 12pm CT on Friday or over the weekend are shipped the following week.

- We offer two shipping options, including standard shipping (2-5 Business Days) and express shipping (2-3 Business Days). The available options and associated costs will be displayed at checkout.

- The standard shipping costs has a flat rate of 10 USD and the express flat rate is 29.95 USD). You will be informed of the total shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.
1.4. Delivery Time
- Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
1.5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order online.
1.6. Shipping Address
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
1.7. Shipping coverage
- We are able to ship to street addresses, P.O. F.P.O. and A.P.O. boxes in all 50 U.S. states. International shipping and shipping to hospitals are currently unavailable.
